Reference: JUBILEE CHURCH: RICHARD MEIER

I came across Richard Meier's, Jubilee Church, in Rome, today. It reminded me of the shards I am trying to incorporate in my project and how the shards will develop form. This Church, helps me visualize spaces in between the skin of the building, or the inspiration which will further help me in my own project.

This example also helps me visualize the different materials I can use in my project as well as how lighting plays a role in the shape and form of a complex structure.

  1. Dear Baljilnder, I am amazaed of your fast progress. I am sure it is result of hard-work.
I like Richard Meier`s work, the transparency of the volumes and the light that create unique atmospere inside the building. In your case you should also take care of the views from the rooms. Maybe Sydney Opera House could be some kind of reference too.
