Landscaping vs Site

Massing v.s. Landscaping

The images above illustrate how the shards of my study model have now become supports for the ramp that sits on the site. The ramp allocates circulation and it needs to speak to the landscape. The ramp will also extend as a part of landscape to continue on as a a docking area for the body of water surrounding the model. Further in the floor plans you will see how the geometric spaces work together.

Refurbished 3d Massing

This is my new 3D massing of my model, after approaching different techniques to the site, I came up with this solution. The ramp will not only be a walk on space but space to occupy underneath. I've begun with floor plans while making this massing. I think it will help if I place my massing on top pf my site to actually see the way it reacts with the environment.

MIDTERM Presentation
